In episode 13, Patrick and Jenny ride their bikes through Lyon to the Lyon Vaise train station. They take a 30 minute train ride to the historic town of Venne. While in the train stations they ride numerous elevators with their bikes. In Vienne, they leave their bikes at the tourist information center and explore the towns ancient ruins. First they visit the Roman Theatre built around 50 AD. They then set eyes upon the Roman Temple of Augustus and Livia. After exploring Vienne, they get back on their bikes and cycle the Via Rhona Eurovelo 17 for the first time riding their bikes to Sablons, a distance of 20 miles. They show their accommodation for the evening and set out on foot to get dinner at a restaurant.
