For reasons too complicated to get into here, this is my third Surly Pacer and a continuation of a ~20-year love affair with the Pacer. I've had this one since 2019, and it is my final Surly to get a custom powder coat (Crosscheck & Steamroller). The build is almost exactly how I had it prior to the rebuild.
