A while back, I picked up this stem along with an identical one at my co op. The arrow shape on top definitely gave a 60s through mid 70s vibe so I had to take them. Other than the Tissot branding on the head, there's no other markings nor could I find more information in my research (other than watches). Anyone here have any idea who might of manufactured it (perhaps French?) or the type of bicycle it came off of?
