Would like some help to understand if theres a bearing issue from my kickr core

Not sure if there is an issue given the sort of scratchy sound coming from it. It's brand new and wondering whether I need to get it replaced or whether that sound is just normal from the flywheel spinning etc. I don't think the chain/derailleur is out of alignment + I can't hear any ticking etc so I think that's ok. Not sure if it's helpful for me to provide other info/video.
