Recently purchased, cleaned up, and converted to VO porteur bars and from 27” to 700c wheels. It’s just under 25 lbs and I think the seat tube sticker says “double butted chrome molybdenum” based on google searches. AI also thinks it’s a mid-high tier frame due to the lugs and butting and that it might be dated to 1980ish, but I can’t find any info on this model. Seems close to Internationals in design due to the long chainstays? Anyone ever heard of this model?
