Looking for some help. My son had a serious crash on his bike that fortunately he walked away from (well actually carried away by paramedics but thankfully has no broken any bones). Unfortunately the bike was severely damaged with numerous cracks and breaks in the carbon frame. Canyon can’t help as the bike is over 3 years old and he wasn’t the original buyer so they won’t help me with a replacement frame.
