What an unforgettable first experience at the Manchester, indoor Velodrome! 🚴♂️✨
They were buzzing with excitement right from the start, they quickly collected their hire track bikes and waited (a little nervously!) for Coach Marshal’s first instructions. Beginning steady on the black line, they soon grew in confidence, building up speed on the red and blue lines, before practicing pacing, peeling, and efforts. By the end, the adrenaline was pumping, huge grins were plastered across their faces, and they were pushing some brilliant best efforts right up towards the top of the boards along with some great cycling buddies they’ve made throughout the years! 🔥👏
A massive thank you to Andy Mills for organising the session, Ioan Said for the guided tour and encouragement, and of course Coach Marshal for giving the boys the perfect introduction to track cycling. They already can’t wait for the next session.
