British Firefighters challenge 2025 was exhausting and getting harder every year with age. 45-50 category but a very respectable and surprised my self with a 3 mins 5 seconds leaving everything i had left on the watford high street. I was being chased down by a 10 year younger Scottish Firefighter which made me push on and over take him mid race on the hose run and roll. The video is missing that bit unfortunately but a great race and a great time for me and him chaseing.
