These are my favorite kinda of stages. Big long hard climbs
I like Jonas overall… but the whole kissing of the ring and the kissing of bars is just gay. He needs to come up with a new schtick. Yeah, we get it, you love your family, blah blah blah… but they have nothing to do with this shit.
First proper mountain day is stage 14, there’s so so far to go yet. Vingegaard isn’t even warmed up.
Jonas wins. "Man Gall was so good!". Jonas wins. "He doesn't stand a chance against Pogacar." Can't freaking stand it. Cycling fans are some of the worst.

I guess the part of cycling that is easy to forget is the absurd fact that these guys are doing numbers unfathomable to any keen cyclist, at altitude.

Jonas and Gail both went up this climb a minute an a half faster than the existing record set when the giro last went up here ….. Gail really surprised everyone today and is without doubt in with a shout of challenging Jonas
How frustrating it must be to be this good of a grand tour rider in the age of Tadej. Hey, at least he will be able to say that he beat him a couple of times. That is no small thing.
More exciting than expected, Gall stayed close to Jonas, I think Jonas had to dig a bit too deep to drop Pellizari and both struggled a bit after that, especially Giulio of course.
Can you imagine Gall being the domestique for sexais at the tour?
