Great sunset ride the other day in the East SF Bay hills—but my PSA for riders in this area is to watch out for handlebar height thistle this time of year. While pretty, these suckers stab you through the gloves and feel like they pierce to the bone—one of the more painful mountain biking hazards! Hope you’re all enjoying the spring riding.
