Picked this up today for £20, intended as a city bike. Can’t really work out what it is. Any help identifying this would be great!

Headset: Miche
Stem: Belleri
Front derailleur: Galli
Rear derailleur: Simplex
Cranks: Nervar Star
Pedals: MKS New Quill
Cabling / housing: Dura-Ace
Cable guide clamp: Shimano
