In the midst of deciding to buy my 2nd Brompton as my 1st Brompton is not with me when I relocated. It wasn’t an option to bring it along with me during the time as I’m traveling to get where I am with only hand carry luggage.
I’m still in a dilemma as Brompton ride so well back home in city roads but the terrain here for exploration is mostly gravel and the vibration here today riding along the canal is giving me mix feelings on ordering another one.
Although it will be an upgrade from ML2 (2 gear) to C-line 12speed, I’m not really convinced if I will enjoy riding my new Brompton here other than as a commuting bike to work.
Should I just wait to go back home and carry it back to save money? Or invest in a new one?
