I got this Mongoose Remix 7 Speed at the Scrap Yard right before this man was about to sell it as scrap, I asked this gentleman about it if he would rather sell me the bike because scrap metal it wouldn’t bring $2.00 for weight and said I’ll give you $5.00 for it he agreed, the body and all is in real good shape except for some scratches and needs a new seat plus the brake cables are no good and that needs to be replaced but other than that it rides good and the wheels are straight, I searched it online and it sells for $330.00 new, So my question is does anyone know anything about these bikes and is it worth fixing it up and if so what would it be worth after it is all fixed up?
