

I moved across the world and haven’t ridden in about a year. So I finally went to the local skatepark to skate around and check out the park. The next day I took my bike out of the travel bag and hit the park heavy everyday for 2-4 hours for like a week! Throw 2 sessions of Pilates in between and…
…Dude, my body is in so much fucking pain 🥲 like it feels so damn good to be sore but holy shit my forearms and wrists are absolutely shot! Will be rehabilitating them with stretches and massages for the next week when I’m gone for work. (1 week on / 1 week off) so I won’t be seeing my BMX baby for a little bit. I guess it’s okay since I need to rest my arms anyway 🥺😎
Any videos or stretches you guys would recommend would be so lovely 🥰 please share!🙏🦋

Shoulder straight out the side and elbow bent up at 90 against a door frame and lean into the doorway to stretch your shoulder
Lay flat on your back and cross one ankle over your knee and pull that knee to your chest to stretch your hips
