Hi,
I purchased a Cervelo R3 and noticed the derailleur hanger moves when the wheel is installed. Also noticed that after having a new cassette and chain installed that there's a ton of slack in the chain when in the small front ring.
I've attached pictures of the derailleur hanger and the rear drop out.

Is there supposed to be a fastener or something that attaches the derailleur hanger to the drop out?

The rear drop out above the hex the hanger fits into is pretty chewed up – are there structural concerns here?
