Quite disappointed that a brand new Canyon Grizl: ON CF9 that’s less than a year old wouldn’t turn on today. It shuts its self off with an orange flashing light on the Bosch Smart Controller. The Bosch app says it’s a battery voltage problem. I have around 1,300 miles on the bike and it’s been sitting in my spare bedroom all winter at probably 70% charge.
I restarted and it just does the same thing. I’m about an hour away from a certified Bosch bike shop – just frustrating to pay $6,000 for a bike and it doesn’t make it even a full year without what I would consider a major problem. A bad battery I’m guessing? This bike isn’t thrashed mind you – it’s maintained always and stored indoors. No word from Canyon yet but any time I’ve needed to talk to them it takes several days to even hear from anyone.
My wife has the exact same bike too mind you – so we’re into Canyon for a good $12,000. Guess I’ll see how this warranty experience goes.
