I'm looking to buy my first road bike, but i'm not sure what i'm looking at. I found this bike which i'm thinking of getting. It's an older giant tcr advance it looks to be indecent condition, and they are asking $850 canadian. I want a road bike that I can go on.Group rides with my friends and still be able to keep up as they all have nicer bikes and more experienced. I also plan on doing a lot of solo long rides for training. And we'll buy an indoor trainer and ride a lot on that. Even though this bike is older, does it have quality parts, is it a good bike. Would I be happy with this bike as a beginner? Rider, or would I i grow out of this fast or need to upgrade. I want something that's fast and comfortable and reliable. Have a look at the listing details below.
