First Option – $600
Cannondale – Cannondale Synapse Alloy 105 WSD 52cm
The bare frame (including original carbon fork, FSA headset, & alloy seatpost) was purchased on eBay and assembled with the following parts:
– Shimano R7000 105 FD/RD (new)
– Shimano R7000 50/34 165mm crank (I purchased new and swapped from another bike)
– Shimano HG800 chain (new fall 2025)
– Sunshine 11-34 cassette (new from Velo Orange)
– Shimano R7000 brakes with BDOP pad adapters (new)
– Microshift Centos 11 brifters (new)
– Mavic Cosmic wheelset (gently used) and Panaracer GravelKing SK+ 700×30 tires and Kenda tubes (new)
– Easton drop gravel bars and Cannondale bar tape
– basic road saddle (swapped since pics)
Second Option – $500
(parts in picture)
Two important things to note:
Cannondale owner seems very knowledgeable and upfront, but it probably has more miles and hard to verify if components are actually new.
Giant owner, bought from an ex-cycle shop owner but never used it.
