Yesterday I drove into the side of a car (totally my own fault!) and I crashed. I wasn’t going at high speeds, but I fell on my back and head. Helmet took the blow, broke in 2 places and I didn’t even have scratches.
Hopefully needless confirmation you should all wear your helmets when riding!
