Hi everyone!!
I am looking for a small front rack for my Larkspur. It doesn’t need to be able to hold much weight, as it is for a very strange purpose in that it only needs to be able to support the weight of my riding companion, Sullivan, who is this weird stuffed badger.
It’s kind of a long story.
Anyway, I’ve been just jamming him into my trunk bag, but I’d like to use that for other gear and just strap him to a front rack.
The only things I’m finding that are reasonably priced are pizza style racks and I don’t think I need one that large.
The only ones that are smaller seem to be pretty pricey.
Unfortunately a Jack the Rack probably won’t work because of the way I have the H Bars taped.
I’d prefer it to mount to the mounting spots on the side of the fork, and I’d remove my cages from the fork. Bonus if it’s black.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Love those steel Larkspurs. Such cool bike!
Bikepacking did a whole article on small front racks I’ve turned too many times

I use an old man mountain divide on the front but it’s not the cheapest and way overkill for your need.
If you have the option of making some brackets yourself you could get old sunlight rack for super cheap.

Jack the Bike Rack
Edit: I glossed over your poo poo of JtBR, but I’ve found it super versatile and unless you’ve taped all the way to the stem you shouldn’t have any fit issues.
I’ve gotta get me a Larkspur. What a beautiful bike.
