That Bullit was an incredible bike ; it still is . But runs a slightly dated motor and battery . That specific one is also WILDLY overpriced
The offering is the bargain there ! That’s astonishing money but expect a big service and bearing change to get it feeling nice
The MK1 Megatower isn’t really an enduro bike by modern standards . It’s really the spiritual successor to the Hightower LT , but it’s the best bike SC ever made.

I’ve got a Megatower v2. I love that bike. But for the money and the fact that is the older Mega. I’d go with the Evil.

The megatower looks to have beefier components, but the evil is significantly cheaper.

If your budget is up to 5300, there’s some really great bikes out there you can get brand new. It’s hard to tell what you want though since you have a bit of a spread from trail to Enduro. Figure out what kind of riding you’ll actually do, and be honest with yourself about what you’ll be riding 95% of the time. Them go check out your local shops, and if you can’t find something there check out Jenson and Evo.
All that being said that’s a pretty screaming deal on the offering, and that bike would still be pretty capable.
