15Sept25 Cycled along a converted rail track from Albi to Castres. Path partly sealed, all smooth.

properly loaded. Cycled from the accommodation in Carlus to the converted rail track, and on the Castres. Both the sealed and none sealed part of the track are smooth. Castres not great. Did a side tour to Montreal for coffee.
