  1. Same thing happened to me. Had to remove the fork and route the cable properly. I sent photos to Canyon, they apologized and acknowledged it was assembly error and gave me 40 EUR store credit as compensation.

    I did the same mistake. That’s not how it’s supposed to be. Turn it back

  3. just dont turn right. but for real, it almost looks like the fork is backwards and that eyelet should be on the correct side? either or, it shouldn’t be wrapped around the tube like that

  4. Take the front wheel off, loosen the stem… then spin the fork one full rotation… problem solved…
