My first trip over 200 miles. Section 1: Upper Peninsula of Michigan to Denver, Colorado

Total mileage: about 1633 miles. Going to decide in Denver to keep riding to loop back or fly back.

Any cool detours to see landmarks, museums, etc or mountain bike trail systems along this route? So far doing the whole Katy Trail.

Any tips for biking across Kansas?
