I’m at a loss! I bought this Giro Isode II, and the y straps under the ears are not adjustable. Due to this the only way to have the buckle centered below my chin, is to have it ridiculously tight, but even then one of the y straps is way to low.

Having the y straps symmetrical under your ears is more important than your buckle being directly under your chin from a safety standpoint. One of my helmets has fixed y straps, and it’s just sort of a quirk to them
