My kid learned to ride a bike last week. I haven’t been on a bike in 30+ years. All the rich kids had Trek bikes when I was a kid. How’d I do?
Did 5 miles. My butt hurts. That’s all. How’d I do? Got the kiddo a Specialized Rockhopper sport(LBS only sells Specialized and Batch)the wife a Roll 2.0, and I got the Trek that I always wanted as a kid. Trek Marlin 4 gen 3.
You did the best you could’ve done and that’s all that matters. Moreover, you still got there regardless of how long it took, didn’t you? So, go have childish levels of fun with your family! Cheers! (:
