Help diagnosing clicking noise

As you can hear in the video. There is an obvious clicking noise, it's been happening for months. Occasionally it isn't there but more often than not it is. Baffled as to what is going on, seems to come from the wheel, and is present when not pedalling but it's very hard to hear due to free hub. Any help appreciated. My next step is to try the tire at a different pressure.
