I picked this up in a free pile, and it had been painted by a previous owner. I'm planning to restore it and after taking the paint off I'm seeing this serial number and info on the rear brake plate which says made in Germany. However, it has a reverse threaded bottom bracket (righty tighty on the drive side), so does that mean it is part Italian? Anyone have info on this frame? Thanks!
