I am testing some setups for an upcoming trip and looking for suggestions.
How would you place the handle bag bag in my case? It's designed to go in the lower configuration but since I am running some aero bars, I would be able to fix them there.
Do you have a preference in regards to looks, safety, ease of use and handling?
Thanks!

I don’t know.
What I know is that I would smash a second bag since you have the space for it !
I wouldnt use a front bag because aero
Lower. Or not use it at all
What bike do you have? Looks clean.
I have a tailfin front rack on my bike, I know they recommend mounting it low. I like that if I ever need to, I can tie my dinner or light grocery run (beers) up on top of it fwiw.
If you only use one I would choose high because it seems more stable. But you could, if you need, also think about adding another bag. I had my tent in the low one and on top a bag with clothes, food and some small things…

Low, so you can still mount a light on your stem faceplate or aerobars
Saw that riser kit as well, but is it only compatible with Deda bars that you know of?
I’d go low, I’d think the high position obscures too much of the trail just ahead of you when not on the aero bars
Low, for handling reasons (as long as you have enough tyre clearance). Resist the temptation of a second bag up front unless you’re on long trips and really need the space. I’d rather add a rear rack and a dry bag underneath your arse rocket, or some small panniers.
I’m lower on this one then add to top if needed have a great trip
