I’ve had it for about 18 months now and have been gradually building it out since then, I’ve finally got it to a point that I don’t feel the need to make any major changes beyond different tires. Build spec for this past winter was:
– Norco Fluid FS Carbon 130mm frame
– Ohlins RXF 36 M.2 150mm fork, Vision Velo fender
– Ohlins TTX Air 1 shock
– Reserve HD30 AL Wheelset
– Maxxis Assegai EXO+ MaxxGrip, DHR II EXO+ MaxxTerra
– SRAM Code SLV brakes, 200/180 SRAM HS2 rotors
– GX T-Type with 165mm cranks, only stock part left
– 240mm OneUp V3 Dropper
– WeAreOne The Bar and Stem, 780mm, 35mm stem
– Cane Creek Hellbender 70 headset
– Ergon SMC Enduro Saddle
– Ergon GE1 grips
– K-Edge stem mount, Wahoo Bolt
– Accessories are a 7Mesh Copilot jacket, a OneUp 100cc pump, and a Specialized SWAT tube wrap
Coming into Spring I’ll be changing out the tires for something a little faster rolling, but for right now I’m happy with it. It’s a little over forked from factory, but it’s nice to have that bit of extra travel on some of the terrain on Vancouver Island. I’ve thought about upgrading to another bike a few times, and had a 2025 Norco Sight C1 last season, but I keep coming back to this one. I’ve spent a good amount of time lately focusing on the suspension and making sure it’s working for me, firm and supportive in the climbs and XC, plush and responsive on the descents. There’s a few final tweaks, but I think I’m good with it now
