Is $2,500 AUD a fair price for this used 2023 Giant TCR Advanced Pro Disc 0 AR?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking at a used 2023 Giant TCR Advanced Pro Disc 0 AR (Large frame) for $2,500 AUD.

Quick specs:

• 2023 TCR Advanced Pro Disc 0 AR frame. Seller only bought this frame in 2025 and built the bike. Frame has light use since 2025
• Full Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 R9270 12-speed
• New Pirelli P Zero tyres
• Bontrager Paradigm Comp 25 alloy wheels (tubeless-ready)
• 42 cm bars + 100 mm stem (110 mm available)
• Giant mechanic did a safety inspection and said everything looks great — no cracks, shifting and brakes good.

My only question: Is $2,500 a fair or good price for this spec? If not, I am also considering to get a low grade (alloy+lower groupset) new bike from the bike shop.
