My mom rode this bike as a kid around 1983-84, but she says it was bought used, so maybe it's from the 70s?
The only marking on the frame that I could find is the serial number, TA70091, on the seat tube.

Based on the "Schwinn Approved" brakes it's probably a Schwinn, right?? Would appreciate help with make, model, year of manufacture, country of manufacture. thanks!
