I have this issue for a while already, I tried explaining it to service guy but he didnt find any issues.
If you check the video, there is some sore of clicking sound while peddling – its not happening all the time, but quite often.
I tried to determine if its more common with bigger force on crank or with higher rpm. but there is no rule really.
What I noticed is – that maybe sometimes it starts/ends on shitty road/pothole
clicking sound when pedalling – mechanic found nothing

2 things that I had an issue in the past with that sounded similar
bolts on the crankarm – retighten or unscrew and retighten
protection plastic on the bottom bracket came loose and every rotation it caught into the cranks
For me similar clicking was caused by the flexing plastic cover on the right crankarm/chainring
Are the pedals/legs/shoe clearing the bottle cages? Or is the front derailleur cable catching onto anything with each pedal rotation?
Otherwise could be something with the crank/front derailleur
Could be bottom bracket, pedal, or, since it appears to be on the drive train side only and only when you apply force, the chain hitting the front derailleur. I recently encountered the latter on my bike and you wouldn’t notice the problem in a bike stand. Also a bit annoying to fix as you have to jump on the bike to test it after adjusting the derailleur.
