I came across a listing of a MERIDA Reacto 7000 E from 2017, and I would like to ask your help to decide if it is a fair deal or not.

The bike fits me, and already passed the yearly service for the season (headset and wheel hub bearings were replaced). It is in good condition, only minor wear and tear from what I can see. It's mileage is unknown.
It is listed for 990 EUR (or 1150 USD). Is this a fair price / good deal / bad deal in your opinion?
Based on my research, I think this is a fair / good deal, but I am not experienced with road bikes in this price range, so I don't want to make bad decision, thus I am asking for you kind help 😀
