Hi everyone, I'm making this post because I'm trying to increase my load coming to a new season.
Last year (in this pic) i had a 9L front roll from apidura, 17L saddle pack and 4L frame bag.
i also had my sleeping mat and tent stakes strapped outside the bag, maybe having a place to store them inside would be better.
I also carried a hip pack with my cook kit e miscellaneous stuff.
This year I'm planning on doing a longer trip, and would have to bring ore stuff. Where can i improve my setup?
I was thinking about either getting a bigger front bag and/or getting fork cages. The fork looks to be carbon but doesn't sound like it, so maybe it's wrapped ALU? can i put universal mounts on it anyway? I would use it to store stuff like my sleeping bag and my puffy jacket.
Another option could be a running vest but i don't now if I'd want to have a bag on my back making me sweat.
Any other recommendations? Thank you:)

Backpack
Maybe fork cages if it works, or buy a new steel fork
Or for a non budget option switch to classic bicycle touring panniers + racks
a rack and a dry bag
Instead of increasing capacity, consider packing less, if possible, since that setup seems like it carry quite a lot already. If you can’t reduce, considering putting rack and panniers.
A pannier rack would increase your carrying capacity the most. I wouldn’t clamp anything to the fork if dont know for sure if its carbon or not.
Ditch the seat pack, get a Ortlieb quick rack and two small panniers
Put a bag on the dog
