Carrera Virtuoso v Giant Defy v Pinnacle Laterite

I'm buying a second hand road bike for a flat commute of 22 miles (round trip)

My options are a Carrera Virtuoso 7000, Giant Defy Aluxx and a Pinnacle Laterite 1.

All are the right size for me, seem to be in similar condition and all are around the same price.

Any recommendations over what to get? It looks like the Giant had the highest starting price, but might also be the heaviest.

I've been using road bikes ​for about 20 years, just ​don't know much between the brands.
