Speedplay frogs. Good luck on the cleats. They were purchased by wahoo but wahoo only kept the road pedals available.

Frogs! Funky retention mechanism, but fantastic for those with knee problems. I don’t have any spares myself though so it might be worth hitting up RightyTighty there for extras

The best pedals ever made. Light, easy in and out, self cleaning, full float, rebuildable with a grease injection port.
Somebody would make a fortune by reproducing the cleats that Wahoo won’t make.
