  1. It’s constantly being tinkered with but here’s the latest…

    Large Larkspur frame.
    Stock MS Advent X Drivetrain with 38t x 11-51.
    Avid BB7 with SD7 levers, 160mm rotors F&R.

Surly Open Bar (V 1.0), long thin cheap grips until I find the perfect handlebar and lever tilt and then handlebar tape will wrap over it. Cheap and cheerful .Uno 110×35° stem. Gravity Dropper mechanical seatpost, 2 position and manual operation – just a clean and regrease every few months. Brooks Cambium C19 carved. MKS Pretzels with nylock nuts over the pins so I can ride in various casual footwear (works a lot better than I thought it would, even in wet conditions). Generic kickstand mounted to the stock location that works suprisingly well

Trailmech hubs to WTB Scraper I45. Maxxis Hookworm 27.5 x 2.5.

SKS Bluemels 65mm Fenders, front slightly massaged with a heat gun at the crown area. Rear fender drilled for mounting at chainstay brace.

Wald 1372 basket for the front, mounted at the fork crown and rack mounts, stainless full hole support brackets added to minimize sway.
Giant brand aluminum rear rack, 12 years old and on its 6th bike.
    Decathlon B-Twin child carrier.
    Velo Orange front wheel stabilizer.
Newboler Fork Mount with 5L dry bag for ponchos, first aid etc.
Rotating stem and handlebar bags, currently Chrome brand but I can’t remember which models.

Wolftooth B-RAD 4 slot base with Granite Rockband spare tube carrier and 2 Zefal Wiiz side entry cages, fits a long and regular bottle.Rockbros triangular bag for a Brompton that fits the little triangle nicely.
