I found this bike and I want to *try* and fix it up for my girlfriend before summer hits, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how this shifter works. I know the cable is definitely seized and needs to be replaced, but the actual shifter handle can barely move. It hits two pieces of metal one right above it and below.
