Thight fit with the pump hose and pump away. Very old school valve.

thats a dunlop valve. regular schrader pump should work

Indeed use the black pump head. It is not ideal, as it has a tendency to release under pressure. Get someone to push it on the valve while you pump. Dunlop valves can be a bit “stuck”, but as soon as you get the first stroke in, the following strokes are easy
