In today’s POV bike trip video, we’ll explore the 3rd and 8th arrondissements (boroughs) of Lyon, in the north east of the city. Our final destination will be Monplaisir neighborhood and its Lumière Institute, birthplace of the cinema in 1895! The main street there was recently renovated, let’s see how it looks now!
