I can’t think why remco expects Jonas to work on a flat stage , when Jonas an almeida will put minutes into remco over the next few days in the mountains ( if they go ahead )
This is why Vingegaard, unlike Pogacar, seldom wins stages. If it was Pogacar who was with Evenepoel in front, Pogacar would cooperate with Evenepoel and either one of them would win the stage. Now neither Vingegaard nor Evenepoel wins the stage. Lose-lose situation.
How the F did Remco go down? So bizarre.
Vingegaard plays like a fricking coward, he literally never takes any turn. If you can't take a turn, you're not fit enough for the breakaway and you shouldn't follow it, period. It's hard to have any respect towards him when he does that.
Remco should be grateful that Vingegaard stayed with him.
If he'd been on his own, the peloton would have swallowed him up.

Remco had the best option, no cooperation and stopping automatically. He is a real warrior and champion but he cries like a princess.

I am not a Remco fan but at least it's entertaining and exciting to watch. Vingegaard is quite the opposite. A boring rider who always sits on the wheel. No matter which race and even if he is chasing.

Remco is always getting so mad that other riders don't want to drag him to the finish. When has Vingegaard ever pulled? He's a notorious wheelsucker, what was Remco expecting?
