I'm planning a chill loop tour in the Netherlands. Not camping, just exploring Dutch towns. Help check my route! I'll have a trailer and want to stick to dedicated bike paths/away from roads as much as possible. Anything look weird about this route? Am I missing any amazing parks, towns, attractions? Bonus points for things to do in the evening. TIA

Nice! If you have a little more time, include alkmaar, edam, and volendam. Also, depending on when you are going it might pay to go inland for parts of that section along the coast to include Leiden and the tulips neat keukenhof.

  2. You are sticking exclusively to the most developed and boring part of the country IMO. Could use a train to Apeldoorn or Arnhem and ride from there to Utrecht through the Veluwe which will offer something else than just flat fields and windmills.

I would loop from Woerden to Gouda via Oudewater, a beautiful little town. The road next to the Hollandse IJssel river (almost parralel to the main road, a kilometer or so north) is scenic!
