Which road bike

I am a short 5’1” man and looking to get into longer distance cycling.

Giant OCR3 is a 49” women’s model from a local bike shop (googled pic). Will be tuned up and ready for $400.

Socialized is on FB marketplace with no real description for $380. May need a tune up but best thing on marketplace that is still 49 frame
