If you loosen off the pinch bolt that’s clamping the skewer on the non-drive side then can you unscrew the skewer with your fingers? The pinch bolt is the one that’s sitting at 90 degrees to the skewer, and screws into the threaded insert with the flat head screwdriver slot in it.
