Since my last post, I’ve put on a zero setback post, a longer lower stem, changed to wider peddles, and taken my grips off and added cotton tape and some nice small metal bar ends.
Not only does it look better but it rides much better too. The peddles were too narrow before so when I pulled up on the straps, they just squashed my feet. Now they feel responsive and solid.
The longer stem has given me more room to move my body around on the bike, I didn’t realise how up right and cramped I was before.

Nice ride and solid choices on the updates. Is that a Skream frame set? If you’re already not running tubeless, I would give it some thought. I run a similar aluminium frame/carbon fork setup (Mash AC-4) and tubeless 32mm wheels are sooo nice. Not even playin. And I love the look of your ride–really well put together.
Tidy ride!
