Pic 1 and 2 is on the smallest cog, pic 3 is on largest cog. Shifting from small sprockets to larger ones is a bit sluggish, but it’s mint shifting from large to small. Thanks.
Derailleur not installed correctly. There’s a little tab sticking out of the hanger that the derailleur is supposed to sit on. Should be easy to pop the derailleur off and put it back on correctly.
