Last year I had a few beers at a fall street festival and then wandered into a local shop. Got talking with the owner and found he just started building custom steel frames. This is what we came up with.
The triple triangle track. Which isn’t really a track bike at all, just a fixed gear frame with chill geo and big tire clearance. The geometry is actually loosely based on a State 4130.
The build is a mix of 90’s MTB theme, some fixed gear staples (omnium crank and H Plus Son hoops), and other parts I dreamed of owning but could never afford when I worked in a shop.
Enjoy some photos from fabrication to the final build.

Certainly a choice to have a custom hand built frame and pair it with a cockpit you found in the bushes after the floodwater subsided
Interessant
Like that.
