Done both. One at 25yrs old and the other at 35. Coming back in my mid-20’s was a lot less work than mid-30’s. Can’t encourage you enough to hit the PT hard and go to the gym regularly or have an exercise regimen that isn’t riding. Strengthening all of the muscles that support your knee, etc will help with range of motion and flexibility.
