I am unable to locate the specific lock ring tool for this cassette.
I have tried the following:

Neither work or lock for me to remove the cassette.

What isn’t working about any of those tools? Kinda hard to see anything out of the ordinary in the photo. Are you also using a chain whip in conjunction with the cassette tool?
Yes but the lock ring tools do not stay on they fall off. I have a chain whip and wrench but the chain still moves because the lock ring doesn’t stay on.
